Return/Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return and ExchangeCustomers need to inspect the condition of the goods and can exchange/return them at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- The goods do not match the type or model in the order placed or as shown on the website at the time of ordering.
- The quantity is insufficient or incomplete as in the order.
- The external condition is affected, such as torn packaging, peeling, or broken items.
- Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents to prove the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange process.
- Time to notify for exchange/return: within 48 hours of receiving the product in case the product lacks accessories, gifts, or is broken.
- Time to send the product back: within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Location for product exchange/return: Customers can bring the goods directly to our office/store or send them by post.
- In case the exchanged product is out of stock, we will send an equivalent item if the customer agrees or refund the customer.
- If customers have any feedback/complaints regarding product quality, please contact our customer care hotline: 0839920166.
- In the case of a return/exchange due to our fault, and it is eligible for a refund, we will refund the customer.
- Refund method: Bank transfer
- Time: within 3 days from the date of refund confirmation. However, the time may be extended due to the bank's payment processing procedure. We apologize for any delay caused by the bank.
